Everyone longs to give themselves completely to someone. To have a deep soul relationship with another, to be loved thoroughly and exclusively. But God to the Christian says, "No, not until you're satisified and fulfilled and content with living, loved by Me alone and giving yourself totally and unreservedly to Me, to have an intensely personal and unique relationship with Me alone."I love you, My child, and until you discover that only in Me is your satisfaction to be found, you will not be capable of the perfect human relationship that I have planned for you. i think God wants to partner with people to create beutiful lives.All I know id that He knows whats best cause He's on the outside looking in and can see things we might be blinded to.

I knew I'd run into something that would speak to me about what I keep thinking about, regarding love. I have been wondering about the kind of "love" I keep feeling for "them"... I wonder why they feel incomplete, why in spite of my total committment to "them," I still feel unsettled, why I don't feel safe to fall in, and confident enough to ask for more from "them." It's true, I need to first fall in Love with God. I'm just glad I finally listened to what my spirit was telling me... It's going well thus far, the thing with me and God. I'm still working on the things of which I have to give up and/or lose control. The hard part is following through with all the requirements, but I'll do it by His grace. The best part is that I love surprises and so I will wait... and I will anticipate my perfect love.
