yesterday i went to play netball and i loved it. i kinda felt fully alive. i give all of myself when i play netball and as a result, i love it.that's life... wherever you feel restricted to give all of yourself then thats when you dont feel fully alive. you can feel caged or like there's a cap or a glass ceiling that prevents you from "getting there". humans have to be given the freedom to be fully themselves and thats when they give their best and are their best. to be fully alive is to be fully free.whatever or whomever makes you fell free... this is what you love, this is what or whom you gravitate to
